1. Return Conditions
Return Period: You may request a return within 30 days of receipt. Requests after this period may not be accepted.
Product Condition: The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all labels, packaging, and tags.
Exceptions: Products that are not eligible for return include:
Final Sale Items: Sale or Clearance Items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customized/Personalized Items: Products that have been personalized are not returnable.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RMA) number and specific instructions.
3. Return Shipping
Shipping costs: The cost of returning the item is usually paid by the customer, unless there is an error on our part.
Return Label: We can provide a shipping label, which will be deducted from the refund.
Packaging: Make sure the item is packaged securely with an RMA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Refund Process

Partial Refund: If you are returning only part of the order, the refund will be based on the value of the item returned.
5. Exchanges

6. Faulty or Incorrect Product
Report: Please contact us within 7 days if the product is faulty or delivered incorrectly. Provide your order number and photos of the product (if available).
Resolution: We will arrange for the return and send a replacement or refund.

Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

Opened or used products (unless faulty).
